To start, we enjoyed edamame along with two refreshing cocktails: the Hugo in Japan, which featured fresh mint and wild berry, and The Florist Last Word, made with Hendrick’s Flora Adora.
For our starters, we had the Miso Salmon, a refreshing and well-balanced dish with a rich umami flavor. Also, we tried the Blue Lobster Soup, which featured tender lobster tail in a rich lobster butter broth.
Main Course
For the main course, we indulged in the Cod Fish which was perfectly cooked and moist. The Beef Sirloin was tender and flavorful, paired beautifully with the buttery potatoes.Additionally, we enjoyed a Sushi Plate featuring a selection of Rolls and Nigiri, including a Philadelphia Roll and a Spicy Mixed Tartar Roll.
Dessert
For dessert, we savored Different Textures of Chocolate paired with a smooth red wine . We also enjoyed the Baba au Sake, a light and airy cake paired with the subtle sweetness of sake, providing a unique and satisfying end to our meal.
